Estancia Apartments

In the spring of 2009, Insite was tasked with creating collateral to support the newly established brand of Estancia. The scope of this project included a full leasing brochure, support paper goods, promotional products, apparel and unit nomenclature. Estancia is a project of McShane Properties and is managed by Riverstone Residential.

Alexan Star Ranch

Alexan Star Ranch is a new construction project that opened in January, 2009. Prior to opening, Insite was tasked by Trammell Crow Residential and Riverstone Residential with the creation of a print collateral package that seamlessly interacted with the property’s location and cliental. The result was a beautiful sales brochure with support collateral and a promotional product campaign extending until the summer of 2009.

Houston’s First Baptist Church

Shortly after the rebranding of Houston’s First Baptist, Insite was consulted to source products that fit the new brand. The scope of the project included an entire brand camp featuring coffee mugs, Camelbak drinkware, bags, stickers, pens, lanyards and Tshirts.
